In association with XLVets, we regularly create opportunities for practices to work together to explore and shape the future of independent veterinary practice.
The Legacy Project began in July 2023 when a small group of XLVets practices got together to explore what it would mean for independent practices to plan to thrive in 2030.
That day exploring strategic planning led to a desire to dive deeper into the challenges and opportunities facing the industry as we build our practices into the future.
