The Aspiring Managers Program is a college certified program designed as a pathway into formal management qualifications.

The program is available as an open program on South and City campuses or as an internal program. The six one day modules can be accessed as a full program or as individual sessions.

The course is fully funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority (subject to qualifying criteria).

• Difficult Conversations in the Workplace
• Time Management
• Conflict Management
• Managing for Performance
