As a qualified vet, his clinical journey gently came to an end as he became more engaged in how business changes to face the future. In 2009 Andy finished his MBA and then spent 10 years as a director and owner of a veterinary business as well as leading a membership veterinary organisation that was working to support locally owned practice. Andy sold out of the business  in 2019 and started to focus on sustainability and net zero.

Andy now works with businesses to support sustainability for the planet, their people, and their profitability. Finding this balance is never easy however having difficult conversations to raise awareness of the issues allows teams to move towards a future. Once a direction is set And works to break down the barriers of implementation and support the actors to deliver their roles.
